Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable offer refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where a partial refunds may be granted (i.e. extenuating circumstances). This is at our sole discretion. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not qualify for refund (partial or otherwise). 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@rideguard.co.uk.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Incorrect Orders

Did you receive the wrong item or is something missing from your order?

Please contact us immediately regarding any mistakes on your order. We need to hear about problems within seven days of order receipt. If we stuffed up, we like to sort it out.

Our Mistake:

•  If an item you ordered is missing, please double check your order before calling. Inspect packing materials in case it's wedged up inside the envelope. It is easy for small items to get caught up in the packaging.
•  Let us know which item(s) you received incorrectly or were missing. We will go over the situation with you.
•  We will find the simplest, fastest way to resolve our mistake.

Your Mistake / Change of mind:

You placed an order for the wrong item/changed your mind:

•  Please note there are NO RETURNS on custom-made products as these are made to order
•  For return of other items, please ensure they are in original packaging. No returns on used product.
•  We do not refund the original shipping charges.
•  You are responsible for paying return freight on returns.

How do I return an item?
You must contact us prior to returning an item and please note:

•  You are responsible for return shipping charges.
•  Dirtsurfer Products cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
•  Refunds will be made once the item(s) are received and inspected by us.
•  We do not refund the original shipping charges.

If there are problems with manufacture, please contact us. If we cannot resolve your concerns via email, we may set up a return for unused products or replace the item at our complete discretion. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date on your invoice and the product must be returned in its original unused/uninstalled condition. You must pay return postage and insurance.

Once an item has been returned it will be inspected. Following this a refund or store credit may be issued. 
A refund will only be made once the unused products have been received back and confirmed by inspection.
