Dirtsurfer TAILFEATHER GUARDS fit under the saddle on your gravel bike or road bike to keep 'that' spray away from your own tail. We've designed them to be universal, but there may be saddles that don't offer enough space to permit the guard to fit well/work best... so in other words 'One size fits most'.

TO INSTALL (see accompanying photos)

1. Fold along crease lines as shown to create a curve shape as shown

2. Fold the hook tabs up (they will hook onto seat rails)

3. Push the Tailfeather along the underside of seat and tuck the nose of the guard between seat rails as shown

4. Advance the nose forward so that the hook tabs engage with seat rails as shown

5. The rounded tabs just behind the nose of the mudguard can either flip up or down to best engage with the seat rails.

Both mudguard and its retail display card are 100% recyclable. We are so proud of what we've achieved.
WEIGHT: A measly 28g, perfect for racers, weight weenies and everyone else.
WHEEL SIZE: Suits all mtb wheel diameters from 29" right down to the now somewhat retro 26". We've even seen them on kid-size 20" wheels.
INSTALLATION: 4 zip ties is all that is required for a snug and secure fitting to your fork. The recommended method for routing of cable ties and installation is outlined on our website in the universally understood (Ikea-esque) infographic.
